  The Cat6 Copper UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) Patch Lead is a professional-grade data transmission solution engineered for general-purpose network environments. Compliant with TIA/EIA-568-C.2 and ISO/IEC 11801 Class E standards, it leverages precision twisted pair design to ensure stable signal transmission, supporting 10GBASE-T (10 Gigabit Ethernet) up to 55 meters and Gigabit Ethernet up to 100 meters. Ideal for office, campus, and small-to-medium data center networks where electromagnetic interference (EMI) is minimal.

  Core Technical Specifications

  Conductor Material: 24AWG Solid/Bundled Pure Copper (99.9% conductivity) – low resistance, consistent data transfer

  Insulation: HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) – flame-retardant, low dielectric loss, reduces signal attenuation

  Twisting Structure: 4 pairs of twisted conductors (18-26 twists/ft) – effectively minimizes near-end crosstalk (NEXT) and far-end crosstalk (FEXT)

  Jacket Material: PVC (RoHS-compliant) or LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) – flexible, abrasion-resistant, eco-friendly options available

  Connector Type: RJ45 8P8C with 50μ Gold-Plated Contacts – anti-oxidation, corrosion-resistant, 1000+ insertion cycles

  Transmission Performance: Bandwidth: 250 MHz; Attenuation: ≤24.0 dB (100m, 100MHz); NEXT: ≥39.9 dB (100m, 100MHz); Return Loss: ≥12.0 dB (100m, 100MHz)

  Operating Temperature: -20°C to 60°C (PVC) / -40°C to 75°C (LSZH) – adaptable to indoor/outdoor general environments

  Physical Characteristics: Diameter: 5.0-6.0mm (PVC); 5.2-6.2mm (LSZH); Weight: 0.08-0.12kg/m – lightweight, easy to route and install

  Key Performance Advantages

  10Gbps High-Speed Transmission

  Doubles the bandwidth of Cat5e (250MHz vs. 100MHz), enabling seamless 4K video streaming, cloud computing, and real-time data exchange for high-traffic office and campus networks.

  Optimized Anti-Crosstalk Design

  Precision-controlled twist rate for each conductor pair reduces signal interference between pairs (NEXT/FEXT), ensuring signal integrity in dense cabling environments (e.g., office workstations, server racks).

  Lightweight & Easy Installation

  Unshielded design eliminates extra shielding layers, making the cable flexible, lightweight, and simple to route through walls, conduits, and cable trays—reducing installation time and labor costs.

  Cost-Effective Universal Compatibility

  Fully backward-compatible with Cat5e/Cat5 systems, supporting legacy devices (routers, switches, PCs, IP cameras) while enabling future 10Gbps network upgrades without full cabling replacement.

  Strict Safety & Compliance

  RoHS, CE, and FCC certified; LSZH jacket meets EU EN 50265-2-1 fire safety standards, ensuring low smoke and toxicity for enclosed spaces (offices, schools, commercial buildings).

  Wide Application Scenarios

  Office & Campus Networks: Workstations, meeting rooms, lecture halls, corporate LANs

  Small-to-Medium Data Centers: Server-to-switch connections, storage area network (SAN) extensions

  Smart Buildings: IP cameras, access control systems, building management systems (BMS)

  Home & SOHO: High-speed internet, home office setups, smart TV/streaming device connections

  Telecommunications: ISP last-mile connectivity, FTTH (Fiber to the Home) extensions

  Customization & Quality Assurance

  Custom Options:

  Length: 0.5m-30m (custom lengths available for bulk orders)

  Jacket Color: Blue, gray, black, white, or custom Pantone colors

  Conductor Type: Solid copper (for fixed installations) or bundled copper (for flexible use)

  Jacket Material: Standard PVC or LSZH (eco-friendly/low smoke)

  Quality Control:

  100% FLUKE DSX-5000 testing for attenuation, crosstalk, and continuity;

  Strict visual inspection for connector integrity and cable assembly;

  2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
