GYTZA / GYTZS Outdoor Armored Flame Retardant Cables Stranded Loose Tube Fiber Optic Cable 4-288 Cores
Product Description:
The structure of GYTZS optical cables consists of a 250 µm optical fiber wrapped in a loose tube made of high modulus materials , with waterproof compounds filling the interior of the loose tube . At the center of the cable core is a metal strength member , and for some types of optical cables , an additional layer of polyethylene (PE) is extruded around the metal strength member . The loose tubes and filler wires are twisted around the central strength member to form a compact, round cable core , with gaps inside the cable core filled with water-blocking material. A double-sided steel tape (PSP) is wrapped longitudinally and extruded to form a flame-retardant jacket for the cable.
Optical cables are communication cables composed of one or more optical fibers , with the fibers serving as the transmission medium . To protect the fibers from physical damage , moisture , and other external factors , optical cables are usually wrapped in one or more layers of protective materials , such as plastic coating , steel wires , etc.

Product Features
Has good mechanical properties and temperature characteristics
The bulk tube material itself has good hydrolysis resistance and strong strength
The tube is filled with special oil paste, providing crucial protection for the optical fibers
The specially designed compact cable structure effectively prevents tube removal
Good compressive strength and flexibility
The special sheath has excellent flame retardant properties
The following measures are taken to ensure the waterproof performance of the cable:
-Single steel wire center
-Fill the loose tube with a special waterproof compound
-Completely filling the cable core
-Double-sided
plastic-coated steel tape (PSP) Improves the moisture penetration resistance of the optical cable.
Application:
Long distance communication: Used for long distance data transmission between countries and internationally .
Metropolitan Area Network : Connects different network nodes in a city .
Local Area Network : Used for high-speed data transmission in local area networks such as businesses , schools, and homes .
Data Center: Connects servers , storage devices , and network devices to achieve high-speed internal communication .
Packing & Shipping
We provides a full range of customized fiber optic cable packaging solutions carefully matching your unique needs.
Starting with customized packaging printing, your brand LOGO, safety warnings or specific information can be printed directly on the packaging carton boxes and packaging spool, which not only enhances the brand image, but also ensures the accuracy and efficiency of on-site identification.
Whether it is wooden reel that pursue natural texture and environmental protection concepts, or iron reel that emphasize sturdiness and durability, we present them all to ensure the best protection of optical cables during transportation and storage.
Besides, for large-scale deployment and international transportation needs, we provide flexible container packaging options - whether it is a standard 20-foot container, suitable for compact space and flexible deployment; or a spacious 40-foot container, which can meet the needs of large-scale projects. For one-stop transportation, we can accurately adapt to ensure the safe arrival of goods.
