Our cooperation process
1.Customer development and communication: Preliminary negotiations to clarify customer needs, product specifications, quantities, and price expectations.
2. Quotation and Contract Signing: Based on customer needs, calculate costs, develop a quotation (including product prices, shipping costs, payment methods, etc.), and sign a formal foreign trade contract after mutual agreement, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties.
3. Sample determination and stocking production: While confirming the samples with you, we purchase raw materials according to the contract. After the samples are determined, we organize production and strictly control product quality according to the samples to ensure compliance with customer standards and relevant international certifications. (For old customers, we will continue to generate based on the quality of the last delivery)
4. After generation, prepare and submit documents: produce documents that meet the customer's requirements (commercial invoice, packing list, inspection certificate, insurance policy, etc.), and make payment to the customer within the specified time.
5. Booking and transportation: Contact the freight forwarder to book the cabin or flight, arrange the transportation of goods, obtain the bill of lading (ocean bill of lading or air bill of lading), which is the proof of ownership of the goods.
6. Inspection and Customs Declaration: Apply for inspection from the inspection department and obtain the inspection certificate (some products require mandatory inspection).Prepare customs declaration documents (commercial invoice, packing list, customs declaration form, contract, etc.), entrust the customs broker or handle the export declaration procedures with the customs on your own.
7. Submitting documents to complete the transaction: including bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, inspection certificate, insurance policy, etc
8. After sales follow-up: After the goods arrive, confirm the receipt with the customer and handle any objections or after-sales issues that may arise.
