CAT6A Shielded Network Cable

CAT6A shielded network cable is a high-performance augmented category 6 cabling solution engineered for ultra-stable high-speed data transmission in complex electromagnetic environments. Adopting professional S/FTP shielding structure, it features individual aluminum-mylar foil shielding for each of the four twisted pairs and an overall tinned copper braided shield, paired with a dedicated drain wire to effectively eliminate electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) from external devices and adjacent cables. This layered shielding design greatly suppresses alien crosstalk and near-end crosstalk issues that plague ordinary network cables, achieving outstanding signal isolation and anti-interference capabilities, which is the core advantage of shielded cabling systems.

Built with 23AWG solid bare copper conductors and high-density FMPE insulation material, the cable delivers stable electrical performance with a maximum bandwidth of 500MHz, doubling the bandwidth of standard CAT6 cables. It fully supports 10Gbps Ethernet transmission over a full 100-meter distance, and is compatible with mainstream network protocols including PoE++, enabling stable power supply up to 100W for high-power network devices such as wireless APs, surveillance cameras, and smart switches. The precise pair twisting process ensures consistent impedance and low signal attenuation, avoiding data packet loss and transmission delay even during long-term high-load operation.

In terms of durability and environmental adaptability, the CAT6A shielded cable is equipped with a high-strength flame-retardant outer jacket, complying with EU CPR construction product safety standards and Euroclass Cca fire protection grade. It features a wide working temperature range from -40℃ to +70℃ and a minimum installation temperature of -20℃, with excellent cold resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance. The cable maintains structural integrity without cracking after long-term low-temperature bending, and its reasonable outer diameter design facilitates convenient wiring in narrow pipeline spaces.
