The 12-core bundled fan-out type fiber pigtail is a specially structured optical fiber connecting wire designed to solve the problems of multi-core wiring dispersion, difficult arrangement and inconvenient single-core maintenance. Adopting a professional bundled fan-out integrated structure, the product integrates 12 independent optical fiber cores into an integral bundle at the root, and the tail ends are independently separated into fan-shaped single-core wires, realizing the integration of integral wiring and independent single-core use. This unique structural design perfectly balances the convenience of overall wiring and the flexibility of single-core independent operation, making up for the shortcomings of traditional integrated pigtails that cannot be operated separately and single-core pigtails that are scattered and difficult to manage.

Each fiber core of the fan-out type pigtail is equipped with an independent flexible protective sheath, which has excellent bending resistance, compression resistance and wear resistance. The fan-out transition section is reinforced with special process treatment to avoid fiber core breakage and sheath cracking caused by frequent bending and pulling during construction and use. The bundled main body adopts high-strength tight-buffered structure, which effectively protects the internal fiber cores from external pressure, tension and environmental erosion, ensuring the structural integrity and transmission stability of the product in complex wiring environments. All 12 fiber cores are screened and tested one by one before leaving the factory, with consistent optical performance, no crosstalk between cores, and each channel can independently transmit optical signals without mutual interference.

This product is widely applicable to optical fiber terminal splicing, cabinet internal wiring, communication equipment access and multi-channel optical signal distribution projects. In the construction process, the bundled overall structure is convenient for integral threading, fixing and arrangement, greatly improving the efficiency of large-area multi-core wiring construction. When equipment debugging, channel maintenance and fault replacement are required, the fan-out independent single-core design allows single-channel independent operation without affecting the normal use of other channels, which greatly reduces maintenance difficulty and construction cost. It is an ideal wiring component for medium and large-scale optical communication systems that require both integrated management and independent channel scheduling.
