Anti Corrosion Network Patch Cord

The anti-corrosion network patch cord is a specially customized industrial-grade network cable developed for harsh and corrosive working environments, solving the problems of ordinary network cables being prone to oxidation, corrosion, aging, and signal failure in humid, chemical, and salt-spray environments. Different from ordinary civil network cables, it adopts full anti-corrosion structural design and high-grade resistant materials, greatly improving environmental adaptability and service life, and is widely used in industrial workshops, outdoor monitoring, marine equipment, chemical plants, and coastal engineering network wiring scenarios.

In terms of anti-corrosion performance, the core optimization lies in the connector and cable outer protection. The RJ45 connector adopts thickened nickel-plated or gold-plated anti-oxidation coating, which resists oxidation, rust, and chemical corrosion, ensuring stable plugging performance and continuous signal conduction in high-humidity and corrosive air. The cable jacket is made of imported anti-corrosion PVC, TPU, or LSZH special materials, which is resistant to acid, alkali, salt spray, and oil erosion, and will not crack, harden, or peel off after long-term exposure to harsh environments. The internal shielding layer and conductor structure are also added with anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatments to avoid internal wire core oxidation and signal attenuation.

While enhancing anti-corrosion capabilities, this patch cord retains excellent network transmission performance, supporting Gigabit to 10Gbps high-speed transmission and standard PoE power supply functions. It features good bending resistance, tensile strength, and weather resistance, adapting to extreme temperature changes and outdoor wind and rain erosion. It can operate stably for a long time in harsh environments where ordinary network cables are difficult to work, greatly reducing cable replacement frequency and later maintenance costs, and providing durable and stable network connection protection for industrial Internet of Things, outdoor monitoring systems, and special environmental network equipment.
