The Cat6 FTP (Foiled Twisted Pair) shielded anti-interference patch panel is a professional high-end network wiring component designed for complex electromagnetic interference environments. Different from unshielded models, it is equipped with a full-range metal foil shielding layer inside the panel and each port module, forming a complete closed anti-interference protection system. This structural design can effectively isolate external electromagnetic interference sources such as high-power electrical equipment, power lines, and industrial frequency magnetic fields, preventing network signal distortion, attenuation, and crosstalk caused by electromagnetic radiation, and ensuring ultra-stable high-speed transmission of Cat6 10Gbps signals.

This shielded patch panel complies with international Cat6 transmission and shielding performance standards, with excellent anti-electromagnetic interference (EMI) and anti-radiation capabilities. The overall metal shielding structure is professionally grounded, which can efficiently export induced current and static electricity generated by external interference, avoiding static accumulation and signal fluctuation. Each twisted pair wiring area is independently shielded by foil, which thoroughly eliminates mutual crosstalk between adjacent ports in high-density wiring. Even in intensive industrial workshops, communication equipment rooms, and electrical equipment-intensive computer rooms with severe electromagnetic interference, it can maintain stable 250MHz broadband transmission and long-distance lossless signal transmission.

In terms of material and craftsmanship, the Cat6 FTP shielded patch panel adopts thickened anti-corrosion metal shielding materials and high-insulation flame-retardant shells, which are durable, wear-resistant, and adaptable to harsh indoor and semi-indoor working environments. The rear 110 IDC terminal blocks support dual T568A/T568B wiring standards, with standardized and efficient wiring procedures. Although it requires standardized grounding construction during installation, its superior anti-interference performance makes it irreplaceable in high-precision network scenarios. It is widely used in industrial network monitoring, financial data rooms, hospital medical network systems, and large-scale communication hub centers that require extremely high network stability and anti-interference capability, effectively guaranteeing the continuous and reliable operation of key business networks.
