The Cat6a FTP industrial-grade shielded network patch cord takes full-wrap shielding technology as its core, unlocking a new height of 10Gbps transmission and building a solid network transmission defense line for high-interference and high-standard scenarios. Strictly complying with ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6A and ISO 11801 EA standards, it is equipped with a high-frequency transmission bandwidth of 550MHz, easily supporting 10G-T 10Gbps speed, with a transmission delay as low as 5.7ns/100m and a delay deviation ≤ 0.2ns. Whether for bulk big data transmission, high-density server cluster interconnection, industrial automation equipment networking, or PoE/PoE+/PoE++ device power supply (supporting up to 90W PoE++ power supply with a power supply distance of up to 100 meters), it can achieve stable output without delay, packet loss or interference, completely solving network bottleneck problems in complex scenarios.
It adopts a core FTP (Foil Twisted Pair) aluminum foil shielding structure. Each of the four pairs of core wires inside the cable is wrapped with an independent aluminum foil shielding layer, and the outer layer is covered with an overall aluminum foil shielding. The double shielding design can effectively resist external electromagnetic interference (EMI), radio frequency interference (RFI) and signal crosstalk, with shielding attenuation ≤ 45dB@550MHz, NEXT near-end crosstalk ≤ -39.9dB@550MHz, and FEXT far-end crosstalk ≤ -54.4dB@550MHz, ensuring pure and lossless signal transmission. Even in environments with dense equipment and strong interference such as computer rooms and factory workshops, it can maintain stable operation at 10Gbps speed. It is equipped with 24AWG high-purity bare copper stranded conductors (conductor diameter 0.511mm, DC resistance ≤ 9.38Ω/100m) with a copper purity of ≥ 99.99%, processed through multiple precision wire drawing and stranding processes, and matched with an HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) insulation layer (insulation thickness ≥ 0.2mm), effectively reducing resistance loss and signal leakage, and further improving transmission efficiency and stability.
The RJ45 modular plug adopts an integrated injection molding process, with the shell made of high-strength PC flame-retardant material, which is high-temperature resistant and impact resistant. It is matched with 50μ'' thick gold-plated contacts (gold-plating layer error ≤ 2μ''), featuring oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, smooth and wear-resistant plugging and unplugging, a plugging life of more than 1500 times, and a contact resistance ≤ 20mΩ. After thousands of plugging and unplugging tests, it can still maintain stable contact, greatly extending the service life of the product and reducing later maintenance costs. The cable is equipped with an exclusive strain relief structure (strain relief length ≥ 15mm), adopting an integrated overmolding process to disperse the stress during plugging, unplugging and bending, avoiding cable breakage and core wire detachment. The minimum bending radius can reach 4 times the cable diameter (static) and 8 times the cable diameter (dynamic), adapting to the needs of dense wiring of cabinets and distribution frames and long-distance wiring in industrial scenarios. It can be optionally equipped with an LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) environmental protection sheath, complying with RoHS and REACH environmental standards, non-smoking and non-toxic when burned, with an oxygen index ≥ 32, suitable for scenarios with strict requirements on safety and environmental protection such as computer rooms, medical care and rail transit, comprehensively protecting the safety of equipment and personnel. The product has passed Fluke DTX-1800 authoritative test certification, is backward compatible with old network categories such as Cat6 and Cat5e, and supports customized production (multiple lengths of 0.3m-100m and multiple colors available), one-stop meeting high-standard needs such as enterprise network upgrading, data center wiring and industrial automation networking.
