The Cat6a 24AWG industrial-grade network patch cord unlocks a new experience of 10Gbps transmission with professional specifications, laying a solid foundation for enterprise and data center networks. Strictly complying with ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6A and ISO 11801 EA standards, it features a high-frequency transmission bandwidth of 550MHz, easily supporting 10G-T 10Gbps speed, with a transmission delay as low as 5.7ns/100m and a delay deviation ≤ 0.2ns. Whether for bulk big data transmission, high-density server cluster interconnection, or PoE/PoE+/PoE++ device power supply (supporting up to 90W PoE++ power supply with a power supply distance of up to 100 meters), it can achieve stable output without delay or packet loss, completely eliminating efficiency loss caused by network bottlenecks. The newly added cross isolation skeleton technology, integrally formed with flame-retardant PC material, accurately separates the four pairs of core wires, avoiding crosstalk between core wires (NEXT near-end crosstalk ≤ -39.9dB@550MHz, FEXT far-end crosstalk ≤ -54.4dB@550MHz), further improving the purity of signal transmission and adapting to the strict requirements of high-frequency 10Gbps transmission scenarios.
It adopts 24AWG high-purity bare copper stranded conductors (conductor diameter 0.511mm, DC resistance ≤ 9.38Ω/100m), selected high-quality oxygen-free copper raw materials (copper purity ≥ 99.99%), processed through multiple precision wire drawing and stranding processes. Each copper wire has excellent electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance, effectively reducing resistance loss and skin effect impact during signal transmission. Compared with ordinary copper core materials, the conduction efficiency is increased by more than 30%, making signal transmission more stable and efficient. Equipped with the industry-leading precision 8-core 4-pair stranding technology, it strictly controls the stranding pitch (pitch range 8-12mm, with differentiated pitch design for the four pairs of core wires), allowing each pair of core wires to fit closely, maximizing the offset of external electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI), with shielding attenuation ≤ 40dB@550MHz. At the same time, it uses HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) insulation layer with an insulation thickness ≥ 0.2mm and a stable dielectric constant between 2.3-2.4, effectively reducing signal leakage and insulation loss. It is elaborately crafted to form a transmission core with excellent electrical conductivity and super strong anti-signal attenuation capability. Even within the standard transmission distance of 100 meters, it can always maintain pure and interference-free signal transmission without loss, perfectly supporting long-term stable operation under 10Gbps speed, and eliminating signal freezes and packet losses caused by insufficient conductor materials or stranding processes.
The RJ45 modular plug adopts an integrated injection molding process, with the shell made of high-strength PC flame-retardant material, which is high-temperature resistant and impact resistant. It is equipped with 50μ'' thick gold-plated contacts (uniform gold-plating thickness with an error ≤ 2μ''), and the gold-plated layer is uniform and dense. It not only effectively improves oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, resisting the erosion of harsh environments such as humidity and dust, but also enhances the wear resistance and electrical conductivity of the contacts, ensuring smooth plugging and unplugging without jamming or loosening. The plug has a built-in 8P8C gold-plated shrapnel with a stable elastic coefficient, and the plugging life can reach more than 1500 times, far exceeding the industry standard requirement of 1000 times. After rigorous testing of thousands of plugging and unplugging cycles, the contact wear is minimal, and the contact resistance ≤ 20mΩ, still maintaining stable contact performance. It greatly extends the service life of the product, reduces the manpower and material costs caused by frequent replacement of patch cords in the later period, and is suitable for high-frequency plugging and unplugging scenarios such as enterprise computer rooms and data centers. At the same time, the plug adopts a foolproof design to accurately align the interface, avoiding damage to the device interface due to wrong insertion and improving operational convenience.
The cable is equipped with an exclusive strain relief structure and flexible guiding design, which accurately optimizes the connection between the cable and the plug. It adopts an integrated overmolding process with a strain relief length ≥ 15mm, effectively dispersing the stress during plugging, unplugging and bending, and avoiding cable breakage and core wire detachment. The minimum bending radius of the cable can reach 4 times the cable diameter (static) and 8 times the cable diameter (dynamic), allowing flexible bending during wiring without breakage, which can meet the complex wiring needs of dense cabinets and distribution frames in computer rooms. The outer diameter of the cable is controlled at 6.0-6.5mm, which is thin and easy to route, and can easily pass through wire troughs and conduits. Whether it is dense wiring of cabinets and distribution frames in computer rooms, long-distance wiring in industrial scenarios, or temporary adjustments such as equipment movement, line addition and scheme modification, there is no need to worry about cable damage. It balances strong durability and convenient practicality, and greatly improves wiring efficiency and line stability.
The product can be optionally equipped with LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) environmental protection sheath or environmentally friendly PVC sheath. The sheath material has been strictly selected to comply with RoHS and REACH environmental standards. When the LSZH sheath burns, the smoke emission is ≤ 50%, no toxic and harmful gases are released (toxicity index ≤ 1), which will not cause harm to human health and the environment, and the oxygen index ≥ 32, with excellent flame retardant performance; the PVC sheath has good flexibility and wear resistance, with a tensile strength ≥ 15MPa and an elongation at break ≥ 200%. Both sheaths have excellent wear resistance, high and low temperature resistance (operating temperature range: -20℃~70℃) and anti-aging performance, and can adapt to the use needs of different harsh environments. It is especially suitable for special scenarios with strict requirements on environmental safety such as computer rooms, medical care, industry and rail transit, comprehensively protecting the stable operation of equipment and the safety of on-site personnel, and eliminating potential safety hazards caused by unqualified sheath materials. In addition, the surface of the sheath adopts a matte non-slip design, which is convenient for hand-held plugging and wiring arrangement, and also has a certain ability to resist oil pollution and dust, making it easy to clean.
