  The core transmission conductor of this cable adoptshigh-purity Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC), the standard premium conductor material for Cat6 cables, eliminating inferior alternative materials such as copper-clad aluminum, copper-clad steel and impure copper commonly used in low-cost products. The purity of the oxygen-free copper conductor reaches over 99.95%, with uniform texture, extremely low and stable resistance value. Its conductive performance is far superior to copper-clad aluminum, minimizing signal attenuation, insertion loss and return loss during high-speed Gigabit transmission. Under the standard 250MHz bandwidth of Cat6, it stably supports full-speed Gigabit data transmission without sharp resistance rise or network speed drop under long-term high-load operation. Meanwhile, oxygen-free copper features excellent toughness, resisting fracture after repeated bending, as well as outstanding oxidation and corrosion resistance. Its service life is more than twice that of ordinary impure copper conductors, perfectly adapting to high-intensity scenarios such as server rooms and security monitoring systems that require long-term uninterrupted operation.

  The wire core insulating layer is made of high-density PE polyethylene insulating material, a special insulating material for network wiring with excellent electrical insulation, high voltage resistance and stable performance. Each single wire core is independently wrapped with a thickened PE insulating layer with dense and impurity-free texture and uniform insulation resistance, effectively preventing electric leakage and signal interference between single wire cores and avoiding internal micro-short circuit problems. This material adapts to conventional indoor temperature differences from -20℃ to 70℃ without hardening, cracking or deformation, maintaining stable insulation protection performance all the time. In addition, the lightweight and tough PE material fits closely with the wire core without loosening, ensuring an integral and regular cable structure, and providing a stable internal insulation foundation for high-speed signal transmission to avoid network stuttering, packet loss and disconnection caused by material defects.

  The cable is equipped with an integrated original eco-friendly PVC cross isolation skeleton, integrally injection-molded with high-toughness PVC material with a scientific ratio of hardness and flexibility, resisting brittle cracking, deformation and collapse. The four pairs of twisted wire cores are completely physically isolated by the cross skeleton, thoroughly eliminating near-end and far-end crosstalk between wire pairs and solving the core signal interference problem in high-speed transmission. Different from inferior cables without skeleton or with simple isolation structure, the skeleton features uniform thickness and strong supporting performance. It can maintain a regular isolation structure without core dislocation or compression deformation after long-term wiring extrusion and bending, continuously retaining standard Cat6 transmission performance and ensuring loss-free and stable Gigabit transmission for high-precision network scenarios such as big data transmission, high-definition video streaming and low-latency gaming.

  The outer jacket is made of brand-new eco-friendly flame-retardant PVC material without recycled or impure materials, featuring thick and flexible texture with a smooth and compact surface and multiple practical material advantages. Firstly, it has excellent bending resistance, tensile resistance and wear resistance, resisting cracking, peeling and damage during daily wiring bending, device moving and repeated sorting. Secondly, the flame-retardant material burns slowly with open fire and extinguishes automatically after leaving the fire, effectively preventing fire spread caused by circuit overload and short circuit and meeting indoor wiring safety standards. Thirdly, it features aging resistance, yellowing resistance and oil stain resistance, resisting erosion from indoor dust, slight oil stains and air oxidation without aging or embrittling for long-term use, adapting to various indoor environments such as offices, server rooms, homes and office buildings. Fourthly, its superior insulation and sealing performance effectively isolate external electromagnetic and current interference to further improve network transmission stability, making it a high-safety jacket material for commercial engineering wiring.

  Both end connectors adopt high-precision engineering-grade ABS crystal plug shell, which is hard, wear-resistant, drop-proof and compression-resistant without easy deformation and cracking for long-term repeated plugging.
